We’ve re-opened! Here’s what to expect at your next visit

As we prepare to re-open our stores on Wednesday, June 3rd, 2020, the health and safety of our patients and staff remains our top priority. To ensure your visit is safe and successful, we’ve implemented the following changes, as directed by the College of Optometrists of Ontario and the Ministry of Health. While things may look a little different, we’re excited to see you. Here’s what to expect at your next visit:

SCHEDULING CHANGES

We will be increasing the duration of appointments to ensure we have enough time to care for our patients.

BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

Whether you need an eye exam, new glasses or an adjustment, we are currently offering these services by appointment only. Please call the location nearest you to learn about our availability.

DISINFECTION

All staff are trained on the proper disinfection methods and donning Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Our cleaning protocols are constantly updated as new information becomes available.

HEALTH SCREENING

All patients must complete a COVID-19 Health Screening prior to their appointment. If you are unwell or suspect you have symptoms of COVID-19, please contact your family physician immediately. Alternatively, you can contact TeleHealth (1-866-797-0000). Appointments will be rescheduled as needed.

NEW CHECK-IN PROCEDURE

When you arrive for your appointment, please park your car and call us at (905) 878-3200 (Milton) or (905) 257-0000 (Oakville). We ask that you wait in your car until the exam room and store have been properly prepared for you.

MASKS ARE MANDATORY

We require anyone entering the store to wear a mask and sanitize their hands immediately. There are sanitation stations conveniently set up throughout each store.

FRAME DISINFECTION

Rest assured that all of our frames are disinfected after each touch. There are designated trays throughout the offices to separate identify the ones that require disinfection.
